So I Do Need a Calendar

Yes, the sh*t has hit the fan... may be a little too late but nonetheless, better than never.

It's towards the end of May and as I looked at my list of photo shoots for next month, my pulse quickened. I see dates... but I don't see names! I struggle with my memory to remember who was it that we have a scheduled shoot for while at the back of my mind I hear the chanting of "I told you so... I told you so... I told you so." Finally, in frustration and yet resignation, I just finish off my 20-minute memory battle with the thought that our clients would give us a call a couple of days before the shoot.

Who would've thought this day would actually come when I, Ms. Substitute-for-Ginkgo-Biloba, would need to rely on something other than my own memory! I conceded. I need a calendar or an organizer or a PDA. Whichever among those three as long as it has a grid with numbers and all the months in a year. And to think I had the knack to give away all the calendars I got from a past calendar job I had done from this online printing company. I should've given me 5 calendars to post all over the house!

So ok, I can go on and on ranting about my little misfortune and not get anything done. First thing tomorrow, I'll have to run to the nearest store to grab me an organizer or calendar. Just anything smarter than me in the "dates" department!
